We at KPOP ZEN are based in Romania but are able to deliver worldwide.
In our online shop www.kpopzen.com, your order is free of shipping costs within Romania if the total amount is more than 250 RON. Orders with a total amount of less than 250 RON will be charged a flat rate of 14 to 17 Lei for shipping, depending on your delivery choice.
Parcels to other Eastern European countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia) will be charged with a flat rate of EUR 7,25 if value is below EUR 100. If your order is above EUR 100, your shipping fee will be free.
Packages to all other countries other than the ones mentioned above will be charged a flat fee of EUR 14,95 for orders under EUR 100. For orders that are above EUR 100, your shipping fee will also be waved.

Currently, we ship our goods exclusively with UPS from Korea to our hub, and then use the best local carriers available in each country of destination.
Our standard delivery time for parcels is 10 - 20 working days (2 to 3 weeks). Please note all our products are delivered from South Korea to our official headquarters in Romania, and then they are shipping individually to you. We will be providing a tracking number only after your products have reached us and we are able to send them towards you. We usually do not provide tracking for the parcel from South Korea to our shop, but if you need any status update in the meantime you can always reach out to us. We are here to keep you informed!
